You are right to be asking yourself about now, what do these people that claim to be so good charge for their services.  Our fee structure is flexible depending on the size and complexity of the transaction.  But, all in all, we will save you money in the long run because we haven’t raised our fees like many other brokers across the country.

According to the 2017 survey published by Business Brokerage Press, many of the brokers around the country have raised their fees to as high as 12%.  Some have gone way past there to 15%, and even higher.  Layer on top of that their upfront fees and monthly advertising fees and by the time you arrive at the settlement table you have given away a significant portion of the business you built.

We work on a performance basis and at a rate that is significantly lower (most of the time 20%-25% lower) than most other brokers.
